New - Morning Self-Practice

Morning Yoga Practice is a delightful way to start and brighten up your day. After many requests, we have now opened up our studio space in the mornings from 06:30am - 08:30am Monday to Friday for you to come and enjoy your own personal practice (not a led class) while practicing with other yoga students.

Please arrive by 7:15am at the latest. The cost is £50 for a 10 class pass.

We have a beautiful and peaceful studio space. Mats are provided (or bring your own). Come and enjoy the energy of the space with early morning yogi's from all yoga styles.

We look forward to practicing with you!
